Sr. Reliability Engineer Onsite We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Reliability Engineer to join our team at the Anaheim, California Taste, Texture and Health (TTH) manufacturing site. A Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for managing and overseeing the technical aspects of a project from initiation to completion. Their role ensures that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They act as a bridge between the technical team, contractors, and clients, providing technical expertise and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently. Your key responsibilities: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all aspects of the project are executed on time and within the specified budget. Manage a small CAPEX budget of at least $5M USD. Provide technical guidance and ensure all engineering designs and specifications meet the required standards. Coordinate and manage teams of contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements and updates are communicated clearly. Identify potential risks and technical issues, developing solutions to ensure the project's success. Ensure the project meets industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. Maintain accurate records of progress, changes, and decisions made throughout the project. A community where your voice matters – it is essential to serve our customers well You bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or maintenance engineering in a manufacturing environment Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly. Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management tools. Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in managing or overseeing engineering projects, including knowledge of construction processes, project management, and design standards. The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $94,600-$135,000.
