Day to day as an OPEX Manager: Manage the daily SQDCI process for Quality and Warehouse Materials teams to ensure operational efficiency. Lead and guide all Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives, including Kaizen and Value Analysis events. Collaborate with management to develop and deliver ongoing OpEx education for employees. Analyze and update manufacturing implementation plans to improve processes and productivity. Facilitate training and process improvement at supplier locations to ensure quality standards. Track and document productivity and cost-out project results across locations and product categories. The successful candidate: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. Over 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, new product development, or engineering management. Proven track record in leading cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and change management skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
