This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering results, is not intimidated by technical content, and can quickly produce high-quality marketing outputs for a knowledgeable audience.
You Will:
Refine and deliver newsletter content provided by sales and leadership, editing text, visuals, and video for brand tone, messaging alignment, and technical fit. Oversee an outsourced LinkedIn content specialist, reviewing and approving posts on behalf of company leadership for tone and brand compliance. Coordinate with external specialists to manage company website updates, ensuring timely publication of new projects and developments while meeting brand and technical standards. Format and publish white papers, articles, and press releases, transforming leadership and engineering input into brand-aligned visual materials and managing distribution to media outlets. Collect and organize content from key company events including projects, installations, and manufacturing improvements, maintaining an accessible marketing library. Own planning and execution of one to two annual trade shows, including logistics, booth setup, materials, and full coordination. Manage and segment the company’s CRM database to ensure accurate targeting, campaign tracking, and database health. Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize marketing and sales workflows, managing external contractors and developers as needed. Own all vendor and freelancer relationships, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met regardless of outsourcing. Provide occasional marketing support to a subsidiary, assisting in campaigns related to excess capacity sales.
You Have:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within technical, industrial, or manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience executing marketing programs tailored to engineering or technical audiences. Strong proficiency with CRM tools, especially HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, and analytics. Experience using AI/automation tools in marketing and managing their implementation through contractors. Proven ability to manage external vendors with full accountability for outcomes and performance. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to refine technical content for branding. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a self-starting, results-oriented attitude. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
