Job Description

Arundel Ford is looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on connecting with people, loves the sales process, and is motivated to succeed in a high-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom

Identify customer needs by asking questions and actively listening

Provide information on vehicle features, options, pricing, and promotions

Offer test drives and follow dealership procedures to secure proper identification

Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales goals set by management

Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business

Stay current on product knowledge, inventory, and manufacturer programs

Review and assess personal performance to improve sales tactics and efficiency

Maintain professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude

Qualifications

Previous automotive sales experience preferred

Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

Positive team player with a customer-first mindset

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
