$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr The Team You Will Join

What You’ll Work On
As a Full-Stack Engineer at Olto, you will:
Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications, for Olto’s Demo Automation platform and an ambitious roadmap of tools for sales and marketing teams Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while contributing to code reviews to ensure code quality and shared learning. Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack, working closely with other engineering teams. Collaborate with product teams to understand their needs, pilot proposed solutions, and encourage the adoption of new tools and frameworks. Stay curious and proactive in learning new technologies and best practices to improve the development process continually. Partner closely with founders and GTM teams to understand customer pain points and deliver solutions to address them
What You’ll Bring
Deep understanding and a background working with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript and frameworks like React or Angular. Strong fundamentals and practical understanding of backend technologies like Node.js, Express, and NextJs. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in full-stack development. Customer-centric problem-solving with a sense of urgency Strong communication skills and eagerness to work collaboratively with teammates.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker). Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL). Experience with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Experience in Machine Learning/AI is a plus, but not a hard requirement
