Take full ownership of a designated sales territory, managing the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and close. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, build long-term customer relationships, and identify opportunities for growth within the region. Work closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and marketing, to align efforts and ensure smooth execution of deliverables. Coordinate go-to-market initiatives, support promotional campaigns, and help shape messaging that resonates with target audiences, ensuring timely and effective delivery of value to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across the entertainment and industrial markets. Understand their unique business challenges and objectives, offering tailored solutions that align with their goals. Act as a strategic advisor to help customers unlock value through the companys offerings. Identify and evaluate new market segments and verticals for expansion. Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to capture feedback, inform product development, and iterate on offerings. Leverage insights from clients and the market to drive innovation, improve customer experience, and support scalable growth initiatives. Experience with custom-configured electrical products or industrial equipment. Experience hunting new businesses and/or managing customer accounts. Industry familiarity in entertainment, power, temporary power, or electrical distribution. High emotional intelligence with the ability to advise and earn trust.
