Reporting directly into the VP of Construction, the successful project manager will be responsible for: Running/managing project from start to finish Overseeing subcontractors and full construction project on a daily basis Coordinating subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods Establishing and maintaining an effective and professional on-site working relationship with owners, architects, consulting engineers, and other parties related to the project Enforcing a safe work environment, practices, and culture on the project This role is exclusive to Michael Page Oklahoma- you will not find it elsewhere! The successful candidate must possess the following key attributes to be successful in this role: 5+ years of previous experience working with a general contractor Held job titles of PM managing over ground up construction projects including offices, retail, and/or medical buildings Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field a plus Experience handling commercial projects Strong software and technology skills is a plus Able to communicate and be organized Time management skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly Experience with a team structure a plus What's on Offer
