This role supports benefit design, strategy, implementation, and documentation of benefit expansion activities—primarily withinEMEA and APAC—as part of global expansion and M&A initiatives. The scope includes financial benefits, health and welfare programs, and time-away policies. This individual contributor role will support the benefits workstream for multiple key expansion and M&A projects, helping identify new opportunities to meet the needs of a fast-growing global organization. Key Responsibilities Benefit Strategy, Program Management & Design Support benefit programs that align with global frameworks, market practices, and compliance requirements. Contribute to written proposals, cost impact analyses, and stakeholder engagement. Implementation Assist with implementation of approved benefit programs, including vendor selection, project planning, resource coordination, and documentation of processes and policies. Benefits Integration Support benefits integration during acquisitions in countries with existing programs. Governance & Compliance Ensure programs meet local regulatory requirements and align with company philosophy. Monitor costs, financial impact, competitiveness, and legal compliance. Manage vendor relationships, performance, and costs across all in-scope programs and countries. Top Must-Haves
