The Clinical Supervisor oversees clinical and administrative supervision of a team providing school-based mental health services, ensuring adherence to therapeutic principles and practices. Supervisory Responsibility:
Supervise 6 FTEs. Essential Duties: Manage caseload and service delivery Provide face-to-face clinical supervision and support Lead team meetings and review clinical documentation Oversee diagnostic assessments and treatment planning Ensure timely documentation in electronic health records Model clinical functions and crisis intervention Document billable activities and service encounters Participate in quality improvement initiatives Attend clinical rounds and meetings Manage on-call coverage Perform additional duties as assigned Education and Experience: Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field License in the relevant discipline (e.g., LICSW in DC) 7+ years of experience working with children/youth in mental health settings 3+ years of clinical supervision experience 2+ years supervisory experience Skills and Competencies: Valid drivers license and clean driving record Proficiency in computer use, preferably Windows-based systems
