Executive Assistant and Office Manager @ PRI Global | Notary, Marketing Strategy
PRI Global is seeking a dynamic, driven, and relationship-focused sales leader to aggressively grow our Staffing business by acquiring new direct clients, deepening penetration into key global accounts, and expanding our footprint in high-growth industries. While this role is heavily focused on IT staffing growth, there will also be an opportunity to cross-sell custom app development and emerging AI project-based services — but the core mission is staffing-led expansion. Senior Client Growth Partner – Direct Staffing Expansion Location:
Ellisville/ Brentwood, MO (Hybrid) Reports to : CEO / Exec Leader What You’ll Do New Client Acquisition (Direct Only) • Win 10–15 new direct staffing accounts in year one — no reliance on MSP/VMS channels. • Open doors with decision-makers at mid-size and enterprise companies across healthcare, manufacturing, legal, financial, and construction sectors. Expand & Retain Key Accounts • Drive deeper penetration into existing top accounts, particularly global clients. • Unlock exclusive reqs, build relationships with new hiring managers, and convert temp needs into high-margin, long-term engagements. • Lead client QBRs and growth planning. Package & Deploy On-Demand Talent • Help shape and sell PRI Global’s emerging Talent Marketplace, offering AI/data/IT pods and flexible delivery on T&M or outcome-based SOWs. • While this is not the primary focus, the ability to cross-sell custom development services will elevate your success and impact. Own GP Growth & Profitability • Hit and exceed gross profit goals through quality spread deals. • Collaborate with US & India recruiting teams to ensure speed, precision, and pipeline coverage. • Improve margin through strategic rate setting, fulfillment planning, and close collaboration with delivery leadership. Ideal Candidate Profile • 8+ years in IT staffing sales, with a proven book of direct client relationships (not VMS-based). • Track record of building $2M+ in annual gross profit through new logos and key account growth. • Strong understanding of T&M staffing, contractor management, and how to land exclusive reqs. • Familiarity with cross-selling project work or SOWs a plus, but not required. • Highly accountable, strategic thinker with hustle, polish, and executive presence. Compensation: • Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience) • Commission: Uncapped, based on gross profit generated • Accelerators for exclusive positions and SOW wins • Bonuses for account milestones and profitability • Profit Sharing: % of net income from your own client portfolio • Equity Participation: Performance-based options tied to GP, client growth, or team leadership • Benefits: Full medical, 401(k), flexible PTO, and high-level executive access 30/60/90 Day Plan 30 Days: • Deep dive on current staffing accounts, recruiter capabilities, and open opportunities • Build a target list of 50+ high-potential new client accounts • Align with recruiting and delivery leadership 60 Days: • Launch outbound efforts • Close 2–3 small direct wins (pilot reqs or short-term contracts) • Formalize your GP plan, deal desk coordination, and reporting rhythm 90 Days: • Begin scaling accounts into full-cycle delivery • Launch joint marketing activities with existing client wins Seniority level
