Job Description The Sr. Project Manager leads cross-functional projects for the Global Services Business Unit, supporting new product launches and strategic initiatives. They serve as the main liaison between engineering and service/support teams, identifying service strategies, risks, and schedules. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, resources, and delivering results aligned with business goals. Success depends on leadership, experience in global service organizations, and a passion for change in a complex environment. Essential Job Duties Lead NPI for GSBU from initiation to product release in partnership with the Digital Business Unit. Manage key projects impacting global service teams and organizational change. Oversee scope, timelines, resources, and project plans to meet objectives. Coordinate functional participation and contributions within project teams. Identify critical paths, constraints, and mitigations; escalate threats as needed. Align support and input across the organization. Share best practices and lessons learned to optimize product development. Present project updates to senior management. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience At least 12 years of experience in product introduction or supporting global operations. Experience in operations, medical devices, or software preferred. Strong communication, leadership, change management, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheet. Ability to translate technical info into clear deliverables. Attention to detail, initiative, ownership. Effective at interfacing with all organizational levels. Relationship-building and customer focus skills. Knowledge of engineering, product strategy, and business management. Experience with product lifecycle from conception to transfer. Budgeting and project cost tracking experience. Required Education Bachelors degree in Engineering or a scientific field; other fields considered with experience. Preferred Skills and Experience PMP or similar certification preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in regulated environments, familiarity with CFR & ISO. Start-up or rapid-growth environment experience preferred.
