Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial TI projects Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment Enforce site safety and maintain compliance with OSHA standards Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and plans Conduct quality control inspections and resolve site issues in real time Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors Maintain detailed daily reports and documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent in commercial TI building and construction Strong experience in restaurant and/or retail build-outs preferred Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced schedules Well versed in Procore Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel to job sites required) OSHA 30 certification preferred What's on Offer
