The Senior Director of Operations will lead all aspects of sterilization processes, site P&L, and Environmental Health & Safety. This role ensures sterilization standards for safety, sterility, cost, and regulatory compliance are met. The incumbent will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Sterility Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams to establish best-in-class sterilization and EH&S processes. This position holds full responsibility for Production, Engineering, and Operations at Boston Scientific in Coventry, RI. Your responsibilities include: Develop and implement a long-term site strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Utilize company processes and tools to operationalize annual strategies. Drive continuous improvement in performance based on benchmarks. Address obstacles to achieve operational goals and promote organizational agility. Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP guidelines in facility operations. Build strong partnerships with R&D and other corporate functions. Maintain proactive compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Develop employees through succession planning and key programs. Possess in-depth knowledge of business, product, and sterilization processes. Guide, motivate, and train staff to meet performance and career goals. Design organizational structure to meet operational and engagement goals. Lead large-scale projects. Prioritize patient safety and product quality in all activities. Ensure direct reports understand their commitment to safety and quality. Champion improvement initiatives and operational excellence. Develop budgets and schedules aligned with plans. Maintain resources to ensure Quality System compliance. Create a work environment supporting the Quality Policy and System. Visa Sponsorship:

$172,500 - $327,800 The listed compensation and benefits vary by location and other factors. Compensation will reflect experience, education, licensure, and organizational needs. It is uncommon to be hired at the salary range's extremes. For non-exempt roles, compensation may include overtime, shift differentials, and bonuses.
