Lead safety training for all employees on the production floor. Initiate and develop reporting for all EHS related activity. Manage job hazard assessments. Engage in safety audits both internally and externally. Investigate any safety or hazard incidents on the production floor. Regular walks out on the production floor to inspect and assess any risks. Travel once a month to HQ in Chicago Suburbs as well as NW Indiana Assembly plant - travel reimbursed. Please apply below, if your resume looks to fit in with the criteria. 3-5 years of EHS experience. Microsoft office suite. Experience or strong working knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Willingness to occasionally travel to two other sites. Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred. ASQ certification a plus. OSHA certification a plus. Strong communication/presentation/training skills. Relationship/rapport building skills. Salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience. 10% bonus offered. Full health/medical/dental/vision insurance package. 6% 401 match. Employee Stock Option Program (ESOP) offered. 10 paid company holidays. 2 weeks PTO, and sick time offered. Floating Holiday.
