Tilt-Wall Superintendent
As a Tilt-Wall Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for supervising all field operations related to tilt-up concrete panels - from forming and casting to erection and finishing. You'll ensure schedule adherence, safety compliance, and exceptional workmanship across all phases. Job Description
Lead and supervise field crews and subcontractors during tilt-wall construction Oversee panel forming, casting, lifting, bracing, and alignment Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and crane crews for lifts Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Maintain daily logs, schedules, and field reports Proactively manage quality control and resolve field issues Monitor material deliveries, equipment needs, and site logistics Conduct and lead daily jobsite meetings and safety briefings MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Minimum 5+ years of superintendent or foreman experience in tilt-wall construction Proven success managing tilt-up concrete panels from layout to erection Strong knowledge of structural plans, concrete methods, and field sequencing Experience coordinating crane picks, lift plans, and safety procedures Proficiency with construction software (Procore, PlanGrid, Microsoft Office) OSHA 30 certification preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver's license What's on Offer
