Lead the day-to-day construction operations of multimillion-dollar custom homes from groundbreaking to completion. Manage project budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance to ensure the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Oversee all on-site activities, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact schedule or quality. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors, providing consistent updates and managing expectations. Coordinate procurement, inspections, quality control, and closeout processes. Ensure all work is executed to luxury-level specifications and meets the company's standard for excellence. 10+ years of experience in high-end residential construction, with proven success in both project management and site supervision roles. Deep understanding of luxury finishes, architectural detailing, and custom home systems. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision. Comfortable leading job sites, managing trades, and interfacing with sophisticated clients. Experience with construction management platforms such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar. A self-starter with a "whatever-it-takes" attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional homes. What's on Offer
