$70.00/hr - $73.00/hr Are you an experienced Sr. Inventory Coordinator with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Inventory Coordinator to work in Cambridge, MA. Position Summary:

In this role, you will report to the Onsite Manager and will work closely with the Lab and Production Services professionals to serve our customers by performing customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science. The Lab and Production Services team is a crucial part of the Services group serving over 500 customers in biopharma, pharmaceutical, educational, industrial, and high-tech industries with customizable, flexible solutions and end-to-end laboratory operations support. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Be responsible for inventory management of consumables and chemicals including documenting inventory movement by recording additions, disbursements, adjustments, losses, and removal of items and accurate inventory control, processing requests leading to inventory movement on and off site and fulfilling customer metric reporting. Prepare inventory reports by collecting and analyzing information on stock usage. Maintain inventory operations by following policies and procedures as well as report any changes as needed. Monitor slow-moving and dead inventory, conduct cycle counting, yearly physical inventories, and reporting. Package delivery and pick up. Glass wash put away. Provide daily customer service functions and communicate with the customer relative to inventory management. Perform purchasing functions including but not limited to: back order reporting and expediting, direct factory shipments, 3rd party support, managing quotes, document control, records maintenance, and resolving open invoices or pricing issues. Provide a high level of customer service related to functions including but not limited to order entry, reporting, maintaining metrics, and cost savings tracking. Perform shipping coordination activities such as shipping customer material, handling routine issues, operating basic warehouse equipment, entering shipping information into the customer computer system, and equipment inspections. Handle hazardous material and prepare shipping documentation and packaging requirements. Interface directly with customer point of contact, purchasing directors, facility directors, and plant managers. Manage consigned, non-consigned, customer-owned, and 3rd party inventory. Utilize company and customer computer systems (SAP, Citrix, Intranet, Inventory Management Systems, ChemSW, and customer-specific systems) in fulfillment of job duties. Meet goals and objectives: safety, performance, and quality. Create programs for enhanced service efficiencies. Interface with Sales Force and manufacture representatives. Document change management. Delivery of inbound packages to customer contacts. Updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Experience:

Minimum 4 years of inventory/material handling or account management experience is required. Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Teams experience preferred. Knowledge of ERP Systems. Excellent customer service skills including a professional can-do demeanor is a must-have. Basic purchasing and inventory knowledge required. High regard for safety, quality, and adherence to protocols, policies, and procedures. Must be flexible, adaptable, and multi-task oriented. Ability to self-manage, motivate others, and be forward-thinking. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both customers and various departments within the organization. GMP and GLP training a plus. Seniority level
