Integral Federal, Inc. Integral Federal is seeking a skilled Mid-Level ASP.NET Full Stack Developer to support the Enterprise Interment Services System (EISS) program, a mission-critical web-based application supporting Arlington National Cemetery and other U.S. Army cemeteries. The developer will work as part of an Agile DevSecOps team to enhance, maintain, and modernize a secure .NET-based system deployed in AWS GovCloud.
This role requires a balance of hands-on coding, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and participation in full lifecycle development, from design through deployment and monitoring.
Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications using C#/.NET Core, Blazor, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. Collaborate with business analysts and testers to refine user stories and deliver functionality aligned with mission needs. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and DevSecOps workflows. Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, contributing to automated build, test, and deployment workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve production and UAT defects. Follow secure coding standards and perform peer code reviews.
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience 4-7 years of experience in software development, including full-stack .NET web development Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, RESTful APIs Experience with Blazor and JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with AngularJS (legacy frontend framework) Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with minimal direction Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance; active Secret clearance is preferred Must be able to obtain a Security+ certification within 3 months of start date; active Security+ is preferred
Preferred
Experience with AWS Experience with secure software development and static code analysis tools (e.g., SonarQube) Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity standards, and RMF/ATO processes Prior experience supporting Army or DoD applications Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., NUnit, Cypress) AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect)
