Network & System Engineer / IT Engineer

Well established Company Basic $3200 to $5000 + Variable Bonus Working location: Jurong East (Singapore) Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon to Fri) Project Site (to support network and system installations, maintenance and troubleshooting) Job Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving network and system-related issues promptly. Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, system settings, and troubleshooting procedures. Maintain and manage all IT contracts and renewals, including vendor management. Assist in designing, implementing, and managing local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs). Assist in implementing and managing security measures to protect network and system confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Assist in developing and implementing disaster recovery plans and backup procedures. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the network and systems are up-to-date and secure. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements: Diploma and/or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electrical & Electronics (E&E) or equivalent Ideally with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience Knowledge in computer network, system, cybersecurity concepts.
