Direct message the job poster from Hexaware Technologies Account Manager, Delivery Manager, Engagement Manager, Program Manager, Technology Transformation Manager, Agile Transformation leader, Banking & Role : Application Support IBM TM1(TM1 Engineer) - Hybrid model - 3 days/week to be worked from Chicago office 10+ years of total experience and 5+ years of experience in TM1 We are looking for an Application Engineer with solid technical skills to provide Application support for our IBM Cognos & IBM TM1 BI applications. In this position you will interact with business partners as well as other technology teams and use a wide range of tools and technologies to analyze and resolve complex issues. This role requires good communication skills, a problem-solving focus and attention to detail to provide high quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work independently and prioritize deliverables will be key to success. Responsibilities: Resolve complex production issues in an expedient manner, independently or in collaboration with others Perform root cause analysis and devise, test, and implement solutions. Collaborate and coordinate work with other team members and teams (Infrastructure, ETL, Data, etc.) to meet deliverables and deadlines. Identify recurring issues and requests and propose solutions to address them or enhance efficiency. Identify opportunities for process automation and assist in implementation. Document procedures so that work can be handed over to Level 1 and 2 Application Support Assist in development, testing, and other Enterprise BI & Analytics team activities and projects as needed. Knowledge/Skills Hands-on experience Design, build and maintain tm1 models, cubes, report, and application. Hands-on experience in writing TM1 Process and Complex Rules as per business need. Hands- experience in implementing security in tm1 for application, cubes, dimension, and elements Hands- experience in creating reports using TM1 Active Forms, TM1 Action Buttons, and complex VBA code. Managing, designing, and supporting PAX and PAW reports on daily basis. Hands on experience in writing SQL queries in snowflake database to build and validate cubes TM1 cubes. Hands on experience in TM1 administration activities Hands on experience in writing batch file to call TM1 process Train users on how to use the system. Ensure the system is operating efficiently, securely, and effectively. Identify and resolve the issues that arise in TM1 process, rules and TM1 PAFe reports.
