We’re looking for a
Senior Project Manager
with deep experience in
MEP construction
to help lead complex, large-scale builds across critical infrastructure, commercial, and government sectors. This role blends on site execution with high-level planning and coordination, and it’s built for someone who thrives in the thick of a fast-moving project and knows how to keep teams, budgets, and schedules on track. What You’ll Do: Own project execution from planning to closeout Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and partners Oversee cost tracking, budget forecasting, and schedule updates Manage change orders, contracts, and client communications Drive project milestone completion while managing risk Collaborate on design, estimating, procurement, and commissioning Develop and update project schedules using tools like MS Project or P6 Maintain quality, compliance, and safety standards throughout What You Bring: 7+ years of experience
in MEP construction project management Background in
critical infrastructure ,
modular builds , or
complex MEP systems
(commercial or government) Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) Experience managing projects in the
$20M-$100M+
range Solid working knowledge of
Accubid, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-stakes project environments Eligible for government clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) Bonus If You Have: PMP Certification Hands-on commissioning or systems integration background We’re building serious projects; data centers, government facilities, and next-gen energy infrastructure, and we need serious talent to match.
