CollisionRight is looking for talented
General Managers in the Columbus market
to lead our high-performing collision repair centers and help us “Get our customers back to go!”

Base salary ranging from
$80,000 to $125,000 , plus
bonus opportunities up to 50% of base pay
tied to center performance.

What You’ll Do
As a
General Manager , you’ll be responsible for:
Driving the success of all departments—estimating, body, paint, parts, and service—by setting goals and ensuring exceptional execution. Managing center P&L, staffing, inventory, and repair cycle times to achieve operational excellence and profitability. Leading and developing a team of technicians, estimators, and customer service professionals—hiring, coaching, and empowering top performers. Building strong relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Ensuring every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Maintaining compliance with OSHA and local environmental/safety regulations while promoting a culture of accountability and care.
What You Bring
Experience: 3+ years of management experience in the collision repair industry. Leadership: Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams. Customer-Focus: A commitment to delivering a 5-star experience, every time. Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. Qualifications: High school diploma (required), Bachelor’s degree preferred, valid driver’s license.
