The Superintendent - Maine Premier General Contractor will be responsible for: Run/manage commercial construction project from start to finish Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget Maintain quality and safety standards Mentor and manage team members Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers Develop site utilization and logistic plans Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Superintendent - Maine Premier General Contractor should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience Experience working on projects $5M+ Proficient in Procore and other construction related software Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred) OSHA 30 certified Strong verbal and written communication skills What's on Offer
