JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a General Manager to oversee venue operations, ensuring compliance with Live Nation standards, policies, and procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Establish and maintain high standards of customer service for staff, guests, and vendors. Identify and maximize revenue opportunities while enhancing guest and artist experiences. Collaborate with marketing, sales, food and beverage, and sponsorship teams to create revenue-generating initiatives. Manage venue expenses to maximize profits and ensure quality experiences. Oversee food, beverage, and merchandise strategies. Hire, train, and schedule staff; coordinate with subcontractors and vendors. Promote rental events and coordinate with promoters and operations teams. Ensure event setup, execution, and settlement are executed successfully. Forecast expenses and revenues using ROME and other tools. Manage day-of-event activities and safety protocols. Monitor employee performance and attendance. Build relationships with community and government entities. Supervise venue vendors and ensure staffing and budget targets are met. Generate post-event operational reports. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years experience as a general or operations manager in hospitality or related fields. Extensive experience in event sales and promotion. Strong communication, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
