Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure ongoing satisfaction Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates to clients Maintain accurate account records and track performance metrics Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling Prepare and deliver regular reports and client updates Ensure contract compliance and high-quality service delivery Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field 13 years of experience in account management or customer service Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Ability to work both independently and within a team High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Benefits
