Discord is seeking a
Senior Learning Experience Partner
to lead and transform learning and development initiatives that empower employees (“Discordians”) to thrive from day one. Your initial mission will be to revamp our company-wide onboarding program—followed by leading other major programs that support growth, leadership, and collaboration. This role demands a strategic learning designer, a confident facilitator, and a partner to senior leadership. You’ll design scalable programs, manage complex learning projects, and track effectiveness through robust data insights. Key Responsibilities:
Redesign and deliver the onboarding experience to boost productivity and belonging Launch 2–3 high-impact learning programs annually Collaborate with leadership to solve team performance issues Lead end-to-end project delivery with cross-functional partners Facilitate sessions for new hires, leadership teams, and company-wide workshops Develop scalable systems, templates, and learning playbooks Use analytics to evaluate learning outcomes and iterate on impact Experiment with new technologies and methodologies Qualifications:
6+ years in L&D or organizational development Proven success with onboarding at scale (800+ employees) Strong stakeholder management, project execution, and facilitation skills Expertise in LMS platforms and digital learning tools Bay Area residency or willingness to relocate required
