Description & Requirements The Senior Director of Finance works with the CFO, Senior Leadership team, and Management Committee on forecasting financial results, analyzing actual results, leading change management within the Finance Department, overseeing fraud risk assessment and controls, executing special projects in coordination with the CFO, leading finance department business integration, and supporting various finance sub-groups based on capacity. Key Responsibilities: Guide and verify the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and understanding business activities to support FP&A explanations. Assess, strategize, and implement processes to achieve UCX standards in accounting. Lead change management initiatives across all finance sub-groups: Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Practice Management, and Real Estate. Oversee integration of finance processes during business combinations and disposals. Manage Power BI dashboards for practice management, collaborating with developers on updates and improvements. Serve as a key finance representative in real estate strategic planning and leasing decisions. Lead the firm's fraud risk assessment and controls initiatives. Partner with the CFO on strategic finance opportunities and lead investigations and implementations. Assist finance teams on special projects, process improvements, and communications. Present financial results to senior leadership and management committees in the absence of the CFO. Plan, execute, and train users on new Power BI dashboards for financial reporting.
