Provide administrative support to two attorneys Draft estate planning documents (e.g., Power of Attorney, HIPAA Authorizations) Prepare, send, and manage client correspondence via FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. Maintain and organize client document files Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings Prepare client post-execution binders Witness or notarize client document signings Enter attorney time and assist with general document processing Be available for occasional overtime MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Highly organized with strong attention to detail Effective multitasker with solid time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and legal tools such as iManage, Aderant, Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis (or open to learning) Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality Proactive and comfortable supporting multiple attorneys What's on Offer
