Senior Manager, PBM Market Conduct Exam Support

The Corporate Compliance PBM Business Compliance Office (BCO) is currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in a Senior Manager role. This position will perform highly complex support work concerning market conduct exams directed at CVS Caremark. In this role, you will act as an influential member assisting the CVS Health Corporate Compliance Market Conduct Exam team with exam work and deliverables gathered from internal business partners that will be provided to external state regulatory agencies and their contracted auditing organizations. As a Senior Manager, PBM Market Conduct Exam Support within Corporate Compliance, you will: Work with the internal CVS Health Corporate Compliance Market Conduct Exam team and other internal business partners (e.g., Legal, CVS Caremark business teams, etc.) Directly interact with state regulators and/or third-party auditors/examiners as needed. Serve as intermediary between the state regulators/auditors and the PBM business owners. Lead the communication efforts between state regulators and CVS Caremark. Assist in the identification, prioritization, and completion of exam/audit deliverables. Improve CVS Health's PBM Market Conduct Exam communications and process flow standards across the CVS Caremark organization. Support the development and delivery of any responses related to a CVS Caremark's examination report/audit findings (recommendations). Ensure strong and detailed record-keeping of all deliverables from business partners to examiners. Monitor the creation and delivery of any CVS Caremark corrective action plans due to exam findings. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of combined experience in a PBM role/Market conduct exam role. Excellent analytical, verbal, and writing communication skills. Proven track record in meeting project milestones and deliverables. Experience with engaging, motivating, and managing multi-level teams across enterprise boundaries. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management with timely escalation of any high-risk issues to senior management. Proven ability to work independently and in collaboration with solid organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a relevant auditing or market conduct exam role in managed care, health care, or PBM. Prior experience in strategizing, planning, and developing business compliant audit project plans and corrective action plans. Prior project management experience. Prior experience in building relationships with state regulators/third-party auditors. JD. Education: Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience. Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $165,954.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
