This role involves providing maintenance services for a life science complex in Cambridge, ensuring high standards of operational performance and customer service for our clients, including owners, lenders, and tenants. Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records, logs, and timesheets for all base building mechanical equipment. Oversee contracted vendors' work performance, ensuring adherence to operational and safety policies. Repair and maintain HVAC equipment, including controls, process equipment, refrigeration systems, air handlers, coils, and boilers. Assist in maintaining plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, steam systems, doors, locks, furniture, and other general maintenance tasks. Respond to tenant work requests and perform daily building rounds to monitor equipment. Participate in on-call emergency response rotations. Analyze problems and implement corrective measures. Maintain blueprints and utilize maintenance software to track work and preventive tasks. Complete OSHA outreach 30-hour General Industry training and keep accurate timesheets. Perform additional duties as assigned by the VP of Property Management or Director of Engineering. Additional Information
