PrideStaff, a staffing firm specialized in recruiting for Central Oregon businesses, is actively seeking a Risk Administrator for a local company in the Bend area. The ideal Risk Administrator will be detail-oriented and organized. They will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support for the team they are a part of. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week. Job Description:

Primarily responsible for office support and clerical duties for the Risk Services Teams, Liability and Work Comp claim intake, phone reception for all Risk Services Teams, managing Department email inboxes, chat box message management, data entry, file attachment, scanning, copying, and scheduling meetings. Responsibilities: Triage incoming claims/incidents and live reports from operational locations. Manage Liability and Work Comp team email inboxes for document management and route documents to appropriate team members. Collection and file management of incoming claim documentation, damage photos, repair estimates, etc. Front-line support for triaging store surveillance camera questions. Assist Store management, customers, and vendors with document submissions, claim reports, claim filing, and claim management processes. As needed, assist Workers' Compensation Coordinators with the gathering and uploading of medical documentation from Store management and route information. Receipt, organization, and distribution of incoming postal service mail for all Risk Services teams. Skills Required: 1-2 years of experience in risk management or related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in risk management software and MS Office suite. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with insurance and claims processes. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. Physical Demands Required to Fulfill Essential Functions of this Position:

Employee must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Employee must be able to focus on tasks while in an active office environment where conversation and noise is prevalent. Employee must be able to operate a keyboard, write, speak, and hear. Employee must be able to read small print both on paper and on a computer screen for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Additional Requirements: Submit to and pass a drug test. Successfully complete a criminal background check.
