Financial Planning and Analysis
Location: Everett, WA

Pay Range: $50-59
Reporting to the site controller, the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role supports the Everett business unit by managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.
Prepare external and internal financial deliverables and monthly financial reports for various program and company requirements.
Partner with the site controller and various departments (Contracts, Program Management, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service Center, etc.) to prepare monthly Risk and Opportunity assessments.
Support the monthly forecast for bookings, sales, earnings, and cash flow.
Perform variance analysis comparing actuals to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasts.
Assist in period-closing activities and facilitate weekly/monthly financial reviews.
Support business review meetings with financial insights.
Analyze and upload production hours data.
Provide backup and support to other accounting staff as needed.
Handle ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a university degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting; or an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience performing variance analysis.
Experience leading financial forecasts.
U.S. Person status.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Knowledge of rates, burdening processes, FP&A, and/or cost accounting.
Experience collaborating with various functional disciplines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
Ability to meet financial goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, and tools like OneStream or Hyperion.
