Managing Director – Head of Investor Relations
The Opportunity
A private investment platform is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to deepen engagement with its accredited / high-net-worth investor base and elevate the end-to-end capital partner experience. Reporting to executive leadership, this role will focus on nurturing and growing existing relationships, supporting fundraising execution, and leading a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional investor experience.
This is a role that blends fundraising, client relationship management, and team leadership - with a strong focus on real estate-focused investment offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all relationship management efforts for a growing base of HNW and accredited investors, ensuring a white-glove experience.
Cultivate and deepen long-term investor relationships to increase commitments across multiple fund strategies (primarily real estate).
Partner with executive leadership and marketing to execute targeted fundraising campaigns
Oversee investor onboarding, education, reporting, and communications.
Mentor and lead a team of investor servicing professionals.
Represent the firm at key investor events, briefings, and capital introductions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
10–20 years of experience in
raising or managing capital from HNW individuals
within private equity, real estate investment management, wealth management, or private banking. Deep understanding of how to structure, communicate, and manage accredited investor offerings - ideally with exposure to private real estate funds or alternative investments. Comp package:
$275,000-$300,000 base + 100% bonus potential + full benefits . Seniority level
