Other perks include: A stable company culture with a long-term outlook Direct exposure to decision-makers and high-visibility projects Opportunities to innovate with tech, tools, and processes Flexibility to shape your career path-coordination, tech, leadership-you choose A fast-growing Boston office with real leadership potential for the right person The key responsibilities of the BIM/VDC Coordinator: Lead BIM coordination efforts on active construction projects using Revit, Navisworks, and other VDC tools Facilitate clash detection workflows and communicate resolutions with design teams, subcontractors, and project managers Support preconstruction efforts with virtual modeling and constructability reviews Manage model updates, version control, and coordination meetings across disciplines Assist in developing and maintaining BIM execution plans (BEPs) and VDC standards Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with models Identify and implement process improvements in modeling workflows, coordination tools, and documentation Provide BIM/VDC support during field operations and help bridge the gap between design and construction Work closely with the integrated design, real estate, and construction teams on multi-disciplinary projects Learn fast and grow into a leadership role as you take ownership of VDC coordination on increasingly complex projects MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
