Construction Superintendent

Job Description As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee the construction project from start to finish, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, and conduct inventory checks throughout the project. You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes. Effective delegation and issue resolution on site are essential skills. Requirements Experience with high-end commercial TI, corporate office interior, or remodel projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, etc. Ability to work nights. Understanding of site supervision phases: safety, quality control, estimating/constructability support, scheduling, submittal and shop drawing support, process management, personnel supervision and evaluation. What You’ll Do Maintain quality standards across all project aspects. Lead on-site safety efforts, ensuring a safe jobsite for all. Develop good working relationships with subcontractors. Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads. Organize facilities and utilities.
