As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Director of Client Services to become the heart of our client journey. This individual will lead client relationship strategies, manage the end-to-endsalesfunnel, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. They will offer an elevated, personalized experience that aligns with our brand standards. Key Responsibilities Own the full client lifecycle from initial inquiry to conversion, and ongoing relationship management. Loves building relationships, not sales tactics that do not connect with client base. Has an intuitive understanding of luxury, personalized experiences. Lives for the details and the follow-up. Develop and executesalesstrategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring a high-touch, responsive service experience. Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, promotions, and lead generation efforts. Maintain deep knowledge of the brand’s services, differentiators, and value propositions to effectively communicate with clients. Partner with the operations team to ensure client bookings and service delivery are seamless and aligned with brand standards. Proactively identify areas to enhance the client journey and implement process improvements. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in client services,sales, or relationship management, preferably in wellness, beauty, or franchise environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a luxury or high-touch service mindset. Proven track record of meeting or exceedingsalestargets. CRM andsalesplatform experience Highly organized, self-motivated, and solutions oriented. Passion for wellness, client care, and brand storytelling.
