Manage
all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Drive
project schedules to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards. Oversee
subcontractor performance, material procurement, and site logistics to keep operations running smoothly. Deliver
accurate project reporting, financial tracking, and client updates to ensure transparency and alignment. Run
project meetings to resolve issues proactively and maintain strong team and client communication. Create
and maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Operate
as a key point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
