Asset Management Analyst
The Asset Management Analyst will join a Dallas-based team supporting the management of investment vehicles that currently own approximately 10,000 multifamily units, with plans to acquire an additional 5,000 units over the next three years. These investments span high-growth markets across the Sun Belt and include distinct value-enhancement strategies. The Analyst will assist in overseeing capital expenditures, monitoring asset performance, implementing property-level initiatives, and delivering efficient and accurate portfolio-level reporting. Key Responsibilities include: Conduct monthly financial reviews and operational performance analyses Build ad hoc Excel models to assess operational efficiency and support value-add initiatives Prepare quarterly reports analyzing performance against underwriting and budgets Participate in strategic planning for asset-level decisions including pricing, value-add premiums, and cost control Review and analyze annual budgets, monthly variances, market surveys, and ROI metrics MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Qualifications: Strong financial analysis and quantitative modeling skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects Strong communication and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail and a commitment to professional growth Self-starter with a passion for real estate and a results-driven mindset Quarterly travel may be required to visit assets Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 1-3 years of experience preferred in banking, brokerage, corporate finance, asset management, private equity, or multifamily real estate What's on Offer
