Summary
The MDS RN or LPN is responsible for the coordination of quality care to residents, from pre-admission through discharge. The MDS RN or LPN will coordinate the written care plan and assessment and coordinate professional nursing care to residents.
Education and Experience Licensed RN or LPN in the State of Ohio Prior MDS 3.0 and LTC experience MDS Coordinator will interact with many people so it is imperative to have constant professionalism and a pleasant disposition 1 - 2 years of experience in Long Term Care preferred MDS experience required
