Lead on-site construction for public projects across assigned regions. Manage multiple prime contractors under Wicks Law requirements. Act as the key liaison with clients, consultants, and local agencies. Monitor schedules, resolve issues, and ensure quality and safety. Attend monthly team meetings in the White Plains office.
