Base pay range
$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr Direct message the job poster from eTeam Location: Hybrid – 2 days in office weekly (first few weeks full-time in office, as directed by Hiring Manager for training) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Interview Process: Virtual Interviews Not recommended to source for candidates with experience in a lead or supervisory role Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Leader, the Customer Services Representative will drive the customer order process ensuring delivery of the business requirements, acting as the primary internal and external communication link from initial customer contact through to financial receipt. Key Responsibilities Management of the clean order process to ensure full compliance and accurate processing of orders to help maintain high customer service levels. Resolving any issues with the Customer / Global Commercial Sales Teams to ensure on time and in full delivery. Provide commercial knowledge and know-how to support the Global Commercial Sales Teams from the tender stage through to the order to cash process (vendor registrations, bank guarantees, contract review, Incoterms, payment terms). Provide one point contact for Commercial Teams to co-ordinate any requirements between other JM Functions (S&OP, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Treasury/Banks, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing, TPI and Customers). Support the debt management process in conjunction with the Credit Controller to meet agreed business / monetary targets. Resolve any issues with invoices in order to minimise delays in cash collection. Maintain SAP & Lotus Notes Quotations database to enable accurate forecast reporting for Supply/Demand planning and financial budgetary requirements. Carry out any other duties/projects which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. Accurate processing of customer purchase orders in SAP. Create and maintain Forecasts/Quotations in AMOG Quotations Database and SAP. Create and maintain customer accounts by recording account information in Lotus Notes. Maintain the CSR working instructions / clean order process and training guides. Provide SAP reports for Global Commercial Sales Teams on products and services when required. Required Skills and Qualifications 3 years of recent experience using SAP in a supply chain or customer service environment. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Comfortable working in an office-based, hybrid setting with flexibility as required by management. Additional Information Ideal for someone with strong customer service and supply chain experience looking for a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
