The Applebee's BoH Team Member is an energetic team player who understands the essentials of restaurant kitchen maintenance, or is willing to learn. Working various shifts, you will clean and manage the kitchen space to ensure a safe, sanitary, and productive work environment for all team members. Being reliable and taking a positive approach to tackling physical tasks, such as dish washing, is critical. Performance: We totally own our actions and are accountable for our results. Minimum of 1 year's experience in the Casual Restaurant industry, preferred. High School Diploma or GED, preferred. Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements, is preferred. Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
