MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONE WEEKEND DAY Sares Regis Group seeks an experienced maintenance professional to assist in Northern California (San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose), primarily at our community, Strata at Mission Bay. This is a great career opportunity in an ideal location! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Working in turnover and renovation units, and responding to maintenance service requests. Performing external and internal repairs, including drywall, painting, fencing, plumbing, appliance repairs, boilers, HVAC, and common area maintenance. Participating in emergency and after-hours coverage as scheduled or required. Setting up and operating machine tools for repairs or fabrication. Fabricating and repairing wooden structures like cabinets, counters, and partitions. Maintaining inventory and related paperwork. Keeping storage facilities and equipment in good condition. Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience across trades such as electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, appliances, etc. Knowledge of quality work standards, tools, machinery, OSHA, and MSDS requirements. Ability to read and interpret service orders, safety rules, and manuals; effective communication skills. High school diploma or GED, technical training, or relevant experience. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work weekends. Salary ranges from $30.00 to $33.00/hour. Benefits include 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, discounts, and health coverage.
