Website & Brand Claim Audits Audit franchise partner websites to ensure brand claims are accurate and compliant Track updates across 32 global franchise sites; follow up with partner contacts to validate changes Collaborate with legal and brand teams to approve new claims and ensure timely implementation Monitor and respond to cardmember complaints via social media platforms Coordinate with franchise partners to resolve issues using pre-approved scripts Track and report escalation trends to management Content Management & Web Operations Create and publish pre-approved articles on internal and external CMS platforms (InfoNet and Resources Hub) Support website refreshes, including redirect creation, content validation, and deployment coordination Maintain and update SEO metadata, troubleshoot basic HTML/CSS issues, and ensure content accuracy Process & Repository Maintenance Serve as point of contact for procedure updates and asset repository maintenance Ensure timely updates to brand guidelines, playbooks, and newsletters on InfoNet What You Bring Experience auditing websites and coordinating with external partners Comfort with troubleshooting technical issues and navigating digital platforms Seniority level
