— This is a commission-driven role with earning potential between 30-80% of your production. Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates Partner with clients to fill urgent positions Connect clients with qualified candidates leading to placements Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently Cold call, qualify, screen candidates, and prepare clients for interviews; assist in negotiations Conduct reference checks on candidates Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills High outbound activity to source clients and candidates Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical mindset Effective negotiation skills What We Offer
