We are seeking Subject Matter Experts to support Field Service Development Managers in each region. Responsibilities include implementing service strategies with dealerships to grow business, increase profitability, and improve customer satisfaction. You will train and monitor dealers on service lane processes, become an expert in tools like Service Workbench and Online Service Scheduling, and assist in improving cycle times and process efficiencies. Responsibilities
Assist dealers in improving LOF/MPVI cycle times to under an hour. Meet metric goals within assigned geographic areas. Track progress and evaluate new candidates for service strategy implementation. Gather local competitive data and ensure proper BDC integration. Coordinate with management to communicate process changes and opportunities. Share best practices and analysis techniques via forums. Travel approximately 90% of the time. Complete other assignments as needed. Qualifications
College degree preferred but not required. At least 1 year of automotive fixed operations experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems. Creative problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset. Ability to develop and deliver presentations and train others. Knowledge of dealership operations and customer service standards. High energy, assertiveness, and multi-tasking ability. Sales experience and familiarity with dealership service tools are a plus.
