Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. This includes managing the entire lifecycle of the project, from design and permitting to construction and completion. Team Leadership: Leading a team of project managers, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals. Ensuring clear communication and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise within the team. Client Relations: Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and providing regular updates on project progress. Budget and Cost Management: Monitoring project costs, ensuring the project stays within the established budget. Identifying areas for cost savings and managing change orders. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, whether related to scheduling, costs, or safety. Quality Control and Safety: Ensuring construction practices meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations. Contract Management: Reviewing and managing contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring all terms and obligations are met. Ground up public bid work a must - K12, municipal, higher ed, federal Technical degree level education in construction or related field (ie civil) 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry on projects $25M or larger Strong verbal and written communication skills Stable work record What's On Offer
