We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Office Administrator with strong Microsoft 365 skills to join our team as an onsite resource. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity, and providing technical support to staff. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a deep understanding of office administration and IT systems. Key Responsibilities Perform All Human Resource Functions – onboarding, offboarding, performance, reviews, benefits administration, employee relations, etc. Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency. Track and log all office functions and procedures. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Maintain and ensure the implementation of existingoffice policies and procedures. Manage Accounts payable and account receivable for Base One programs. Perform payroll tasks, Timesheet collection, analysis, review; Process payroll through Paychex, perform payroll reconciliation, etc. Handle Contract management for various Programs, Track PO’s, RFPs, Bids, etc. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Ensure effective communication within the office and with external partners. Provide needed support to Senior Directors. Supervise administrative staff and provide training and guidance as needed. Accounts Receivables; Accounts Payables; All Office Operations Tasks Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree in HR or business administration or Information Technology, or a related field. 5 – 10 years of office administration, in a medium or enterprise size company. Required Skills Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive) and IT Desk Top systems. Hands on experience with Accounts payable/receivable software - QuickBooks Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
