Project management for daily operations of a 2-year pharmaceutical project, with future opportunities to lead procurement initiatives for process equipment in large pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and high-tech manufacturing projects. Responsibilities include coordinating process equipment selection, executing bid processes, engaging vendors, managing databases of procurement requirements, and ensuring schedule adherence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support technical sales efforts, client presentations, and project estimations. Maintain compliance with purchasing and risk management policies. Coordinate with design teams to ensure project progress through design and procurement phases. Develop and review scopes of work for vendors. Develop bid packages, analyze bids, and communicate awards. Solicit vendor pricing and manage purchase orders. Manage vendor submittals, factory testing, delivery, and startup of equipment. Coordinate equipment installation and validation activities. Manage project and vendor payments, and track receivables. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical construction experience; degree in Engineering or related field preferred. Expertise in process equipment and technical knowledge. Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office, project management, and CRM software. Willingness to travel regularly. Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, and work on construction sites, often lifting up to 50 pounds. Work may involve exposure to noise, fumes, and outdoor conditions.
