$80,000 - $130,000 / year Additional Benefits:

As a Bridge Designer, you will handle structural design, layout, and plan production for large transportation projects including bridges and retaining walls, requiring coordination with various disciplines. Mentorship skills to lead junior staff are also desired. Core Responsibilities: Leading design for large transportation projects Working effectively in a fast-paced environment Prioritizing work to meet deadlines Developing designs in Power InRoads, OpenRoads Designer, or AutoCAD Civil3D Producing accurate and aesthetically pleasing outputs Managing project data Communicating proactively with colleagues and clients Mentoring junior CAD staff Managing plan sets and sheet creation in ORD Qualifications and Skills: 10+ years of bridge design experience Associates degree or equivalent Knowledge of state DOT standards (preferred) Proficiency with Power InRoads, OpenRoads Designer, or AutoCAD Civil3D Ability to interpret construction drawings and think in 3D Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Professional, creative, team-oriented, enthusiastic, dedicated, self-disciplined, with mentoring skills Why Work at Horrocks?
